Experience Design: Shaped the flow of the workshop, ensuring a seamless progression through key themes such as storytelling, leadership development, and sustainable organizational practices. Designed interactive exercises such as rotating breakout sessions and reflection prompts to foster engagement.

Workbook & Interactive Materials: Designed a comprehensive workbook that guided participants through the day, integrating key frameworks, exercises, and discussion prompts. The workbook also housed the leadership archetype card deck, providing participants with tools to reflect on their leadership approach.

Visual Design: Created the workshop’s visual identity, including signage, participant materials, and milestone stickers, which were used alongside nametags to create a personalized arrival experience.

Presentation Design: Designed the presentation materials used throughout the workshop, ensuring clarity, visual engagement, and alignment with the event’s themes.

Content Development: Collaborated with the team to develop exercises and discussion prompts that reinforced workshop themes and provided leaders with tangible takeaways.
