Defining the future of food
EVENT
A global food powerhouse sought to define its purpose, vision, and strategy with its senior leadership team. Over six months and multiple workshops, the organization’s future direction was articulated and revealed at an immersive three-day leadership retreat for the company’s top 100 leaders, held in Philadelphia.
The retreat successfully aligned the leadership team around a unified vision and strategy. Attendees left with a clear understanding of their role in driving the company’s purpose across all divisions and regions. The event reinforced the company’s commitment to its new direction and provided the tools to begin implementing the strategy.
Experience Design: Collaborated with the team to design the flow of the retreat, helping ensure a cohesive experience across all activities and presentations.
Environmental Design: Collaborated in the design, development and installation of multimedia exhibits and environmental elements that conveyed the company’s new purpose and vision. Worked on details such as layout, materials, and integration of interactive elements to immerse attendees in the experience.
Visual Assets: Produced supporting collateral, including workbooks, posters, and registration materials, ensuring they aligned with the overarching theme of the event.
